After two months of me nagging Kaylee to get on her new bike, she finally does so. She seems to dislike exercise of any sort which is why it was an effort to get this far. I think it was the “Start using your bike or i’m selling it!” that did it.
Anyway, there is not much for me to say on this post but I filmed the evidence and thought I would try and encourage her to do more.
Kaylee, if you are reading this…You did really well today, well done. See, once you get on your bike you enjoy it. Maybe we could find somewhere more interesting to go next time huh?! We need to get a bike rack for the car then we can go camping and cycling through the new forest.
